Sales Operations Coordinator

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to work for one of our top global tech clients! In this role you will support the Pre-Sales Strategy & Operations team by evaluating proposed merchant deals, analyzing revenue potential, and providing data-driven insights to support profitable business growth.

Pay: CAD$23-$25/hr.

Schedule: M-F

Location: Remote- Toronto, CAN

• Responsible for reviewing deal economics, assessing financial viability, and identifying opportunities to optimize deal structures based on projected revenue, profitability, and business objectives.
• Works directly with the Sales team to support deal negotiations, provide financial guidance, and help accelerate deal approvals and closures.
• Leverages SQL, Google Suite, and reporting tools to analyze large datasets, develop performance reports, monitor key business metrics, and identify trends that inform strategic decision-making.
• Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data reporting, and an understanding of revenue forecasting, financial modeling, and deal economics.
• Operates within established guidelines and approval frameworks while developing the ability to independently evaluate business opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
• Works under the guidance of the Senior Associate, Revenue Operations, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Strategy & Operations teams to drive operational efficiency and support revenue growth.
