Role Overview
The position combines people leadership, stakeholder management, operational excellence, project delivery, and continuous process improvement. The Data Operations Manager is responsible for the effective management, governance, quality, and operational use of customer data across the organization.
What You Will Do
Lead daily Data Operations activities, ensure high standards of customer and account data quality, manage data access, uploads, segmentation, campaign readiness, and escalated CRM or data-related issues.

- Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable data solutions
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and competing deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach
