Field Marketing Manager (Nordics & UK)

Role Overview

The Field Marketing Manager for the Nordics & UK will lead the development and execution of regional marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across key markets focusing on new business acquisition.

What You Will Do

Create and contribute to localised marketing campaigns, events, ABM initiatives, partner initiatives, and sales enablement efforts.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires very strong collaboration with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and regional partners to ensure marketing initiatives resonate locally and support new logo acquisition.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, or a similar B2B marketing role.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
• Experience leading events, campaigns, and/or ABM programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fluency in a Nordic language (especially Norwegian and/or Swedish).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product Marketing, and external partners on expert level.
• Ability and willingness to travel for occasional team gatherings and regional events.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and report on campaign performance.
