Role Overview
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team and help support informed financial and operational decision-making. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to leadership.
What You Will Do
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or a related field preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
