Requirements

• Leverage internal and external transportation data to analyze freight trends, lane-level performance, customer and carrier networks, and market conditions to identify opportunities for improved profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.
• Evaluate contract performance, awarded freight volumes, tender acceptance, customer and carrier rates, service metrics, and margins to identify performance gaps, mitigate risk, and recommend opportunities to optimize existing business.
• Analyze spot freight activity, including quote volume, win rates, conversion trends, pricing competitiveness, carrier costs, and margins to support more effective pricing strategies and informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Capacity, Operations, Pricing, and other internal teams to identify network opportunities, improve carrier utilization, support dedicated capacity initiatives, and strengthen customer and lane-level performance.
• Develop, maintain, and improve analytical tools, dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards that provide actionable insights, increase visibility into key business metrics, and support data-driven decisions across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, workflow automation, and analytical processes while translating complex datasets into clear recommendations that support profitability, service performance, and sustainable growth.
