Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Role Overview

This role has a preference for a hybrid schedule based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will lead strategy and execution across paid media, organic growth, web experience, and content strategy to drive qualified demand, optimize the full digital journey, and scale modern search strategies.

What You Will Do

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will own strategy, execution, and optimization across paid search (SEM), paid social, display, and emerging digital media channels. They will manage budget allocation, bidding strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, and campaign pacing to maximize ROAS and CPL performance. They will also develop and execute a modern search roadmap that expands beyond traditional SEO to include AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.
