Role Overview

Leads finance operations and strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support business growth. Partners with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, implement technology, and deliver scalable and compliant finance operations.

What You Will Do

Manages end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensures established service levels and productivity targets, and establishes a strong control environment. Leads cross-functional strategic initiatives, finance transformation efforts, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with 3+ years of management experience. Proficiency with ERP systems, finance technologies, and Microsoft Office applications is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable, or a related area
• 3+ years of management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, finance transformations, or system implementations
• Proficiency with ERP systems, finance technologies, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
