Role Overview

Sally Beauty is the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor for a part-time role in Lenoir, NC. The role focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.

What You Will Do

Build relationships and inspire loyalty, recommend additional products, inform customers of promotions, set up advertising displays, ensure enrollment in the Loyalty program, complete transactions, and maintain a professional store environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
