Role Overview

As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty, you will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and provide recommendations for products. You will also set up advertising displays, arrange merchandise, and maintain a professional store environment.

Your main responsibilities will include building relationships with customers, recommending products, informing customers of promotions, setting up displays, and completing transactions accurately. You will also maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
