Role Overview

Sally Beauty is the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers. This part-time role is based in Winston Salem, NC, and focuses on assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.

What You Will Do

Build relationships and inspire loyalty, recommend additional products, inform customers of promotions and events, set up advertising displays, ensure customers enroll in the Loyalty program, complete transactions accurately, and maintain a professional store environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
