Role Overview

The EMEA Field Marketing Manager will lead regional field and partner marketing initiatives to drive pipeline growth across a designated geography.

What You Will Do

The role involves owning the regional field marketing activations strategy and execution plan, partnering with Comms, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Digital teams, and tracking, measuring, and reporting on marketing contribution to pipeline, bookings, and ROI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing

• Experience partnering directly with enterprise sales organizations and regional leadership teams
• Strong understanding of account-based marketing, partner ecosystems, and enterprise buying motions
• Experience managing executive events, customer engagement programs, and strategic partner activations
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize investment decisions
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a high-growth, high-accountability environment
