Sales Operations Manager – Home Entertainment

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Manager will lead a team of 4 members supporting the Retail Sales organization, with responsibilities including sales budgeting, financial forecasting, reporting on key performance indicators, program management, accrual reconciliations, and P&L analysis. This role works closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to advance corporate objectives and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

The Sales Operations Manager will lead the annual Management Plan development process, collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to define Marketing Development Funding programs, develop and refine financial forecasting methodologies, support quarterly sales budgeting, reconcile monthly accruals, and lead buying group program reporting and payment calculations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of directly related experience
• Prior operational experience in technology sales, business development, and/or OEMs and Carrier sales
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to schedule, prioritize, and communicate actions and results
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
• Advanced Proficiency in business systems (Tableau, SAP, Alteryx)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Strong Team-work and ability to motivate others
• Prior experience with consumer electronic products and existing relationships with key accounts
