Senior Foundry Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Sales Specialist is responsible for tracking and managing orders, verifying pricing, working with Logistics. Monitor accounts receivable, process RMA’s, sample requests and create invoices for certain accounts as needed and resolve issues.

What You Will Do

Support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers-answer questions, resolve issues. Track and manage product owed to customers, including expediting orders, verifying pricing, working with warehouse to ensure product is shipped quickly and efficiently to customers.
