Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. Reporting to the FP&A Associate Manager, this position partners closely with business leaders to develop forecasts, analyze financial performance, and provide insights that support decision-making across both franchise and venue operations.

What You Will Do

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for executing core FP&A processes, including planning and forecasting, while translating operational drivers into financial outcomes. This role also supports cash flow forecasting and long-range financial planning, contributing to liquidity and capital decision-making as the organization evaluates strategic initiatives.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial modeling and forecasting, as well as experience supporting planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Proficiency in Excel is also required, with experience with financial planning systems and multi-entity or complex operating environments preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
• Experience supporting planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Experience with financial planning systems preferred
• Experience in multi-entity or complex operating environments preferred
