The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation (SGBFF) is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager for Lean In Girls to build and grow a high-impact partnership portfolio, scale the program, and reach more girls through digital channels, parent communities, and product team collaborations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of partnership development and relationship management experience
• Experience building and closing partnerships, and a track record of delivering results
• Ability to focus on what drives the greatest impact, not just what feels urgent
• Comfort with using a CRM platform to manage workflow
• Equally confident in setting strategy and executing day-to-day details
