Requirements
- Significant experience in Finance Operations, Pay & Bill, Contractor Services or a contingent workforce environment.
- Strong knowledge of contractor payroll, invoicing, credit control and operational processes.
- Experience leading high-performing teams across multiple locations.
- Proven track record of driving service improvements and operational change.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using data, reporting and KPIs to improve performance.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to travel internationally on an occasional basis.
