Manages order-related activities for assigned B2B customers, ensuring timely and compliant execution of operational processes, while supporting process standardization, continuous improvement, and small projects within Sales Operations.
What You Will Do
Manage customer service activities, ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, monitor the order-to-cash process, and support operational continuity and compliance.

Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, project coordination, or related functions
- Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and commercial processes
- Good knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and inventory-related processes in a global environment
- Experience managing operational priorities independently and supporting cross-functional projects
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting month-end closing activities and operating within audit-compliant controls
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and support implementation in a structured way
