Role Overview

The Financial Analyst supports the Finance Department in areas of financial reporting and analysis, annual operational budgeting and forecasting, KPI development and tracking, gross margin and expense analysis and decision support.

What You Will Do

Monitor performance indicators, prepare and analyze financial and management reports, assist with business intelligence tools and dashboard reports, develop financial models and analyses, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or equivalent experience
  • Master’s Degree Preferred
  • 2+ years of strong FP&A experience
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in business intelligence data design
  • Business understanding with an ability to analyze performance and drivers of value creation
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and report on large financial data sets
  • Advanced Microsoft excel skills, Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Access skills

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $80,170 – $100,000 annually
  • Bonus: up to 10% of base salary
