Marketing Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager will support the T1D marketing organization by coordinating promotional review activities, enabling cross-functional content operations, and ensuring consistency across branded and unbranded materials. This role will serve as a key operational partner across patient, healthcare professional, and non-personal promotional initiatives.

What You Will Do

Coordinate end-to-end MLR/RC review activities, manage submission timelines, and partner with Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Digital, and agency teams to ensure high-quality submissions and timely resolution of review comments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related highly regulated industry commercial experience
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional review (MLR/RC) processes
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience working within content management or review systems
