Role Overview
The Data Analytics Manager will promote the responsible adoption of AI in the different areas of the DGA of Risks of Banco Santander, through advice, training, and development of agents and automation, to improve efficiency, quality, and traceability of their processes.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up of agreements with multidisciplinary teams, identifying and evaluating use cases, designing and developing agents and AI solutions, developing automation and data components, structuring and executing projects, evaluating AI models, and accompanying the implementation.

The role requires a professional with 3 years of experience in development, automation, engineering, or data analysis and BI, and 1 year of experience in generative AI, agents, and solution evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or engineering in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software, Data, or AI, and demonstrable training in programming, data, and AI.
