Senior Solutions Engineer – AI & Automation

Role Overview

Santex is a global technology company certified as a B Corporation. The company has a presence in 18 countries and more than 100 cities, with its headquarters in Argentina and offices in the United States, Mexico, and Peru. The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing business and technology solutions, working directly with the area manager as sponsor and leader.

What You Will Do

The person will be responsible for understanding complex problems, discovering how they work today, challenging the status quo, and converting them into simple, scalable, and executable future solutions. They will lead the understanding and design of cutting-edge solutions from end to end, from problem identification to implementation.

Requirements

• +7 years of experience in technology, functional analysis, solution design, or similar positions.
• Significant experience as a Senior Functional Analyst, System/Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, Solution Engineer, or equivalent roles.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capacity.
• Ability to quickly understand business models and operational processes.
• Ability to constructively question the business and transform needs into solutions.
• Autonomy and ability to thrive in contexts with ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and lead multidisciplinary design meetings.
• Ability to manage and track to achieve that designed solutions are effectively executed.
• Permanent curiosity and predisposition to investigate, experiment, and learn.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical profiles.
