We’re seeking a Development Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team in creating cutting-edge sustainability solutions that drive real-world change. As a leader in our Sustainability Growth Unit, you’ll be responsible for managing your team’s success, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the technical realization and quality of team outcomes.
Requirements
- Creativity combined with a pragmatic sense for feasibility and priorities
- Agile development methodologies and tools with experience in leading agile teams
- Very good communication skills, C1/C2 proficiency in English, both written and oral
- Excellent team player with cross-cultural awareness
- Self-motivated individual with a positive can-do attitude and innovator mindset
- Customer-oriented and outcome-focused work attitude
- Solid technical knowledge on cloud native software development, including hands-on software engineering experience, ideally in the JavaScript / node.js environment
