SAP is seeking a Senior Account Executive – BFSI to prospect, qualify, sell, and close new business to existing and net new customers. The ideal candidate will have 12-18 years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions, strong executive presence, and relationships with large BFSI clients.
Requirements
- Prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to existing and net new customers
- Developing effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
- Establishing strong relationships with customers based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value
- Actively understanding each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape
- Leading designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles
- Developing and delivering comprehensive business plans to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points
- Following a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline and leveraging support organizations to funnel pipeline into the assigned territory
- Being proficient in and bringing all SAP offers to bear on sales pursuits
- Maintaining CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information
- Demonstrating leadership skills in the orchestration of remote teams
