Sapiens is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the North America Sales organization through analytics, reporting, and operational execution.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical role, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Strong Excel skills with experience analyzing and structuring sales data.
- Experience working with Salesforce reporting and sales data.
- Understanding of recurring revenue models, including ACV, renewals, expansion, and churn.
- Exposure to sales commission structures or commission support processes.
- Strong written and spoken English, with the confidence to explain data to Sales Reps and Managers.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with appropriate North America time-zone overlap.
- Ability to work in a global company which transforms in high pace, being able to adapt to new processes and work with multiple functions in the organization.
- Proficient in AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and streamline analysis.
