Sapling Financial Consultants is a management consulting firm seeking a Marketing Manager to help triple its business. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader with significant marketing experience, strong business acumen, and experience within consulting, professional services, or high-performance services based businesses.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a marketing strategy, manage the marketing team, and oversee the creation of internal thought leadership to support the current content strategy.

Requirements
- 5+ years of prior marketing experience
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization
- Proven ability to develop sharp messaging and positioning for complex, multi-stakeholders services
- Strong track record for managing people, projects, and budgets with successful measurable outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of and experience using CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital analytics
