Senior Brand Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Brand Manager at Saputo, you will lead the growth of the iconic Frylight brand and Private Label Oils portfolio, driving household penetration, unlocking new usage occasions, and innovation opportunities. You will be responsible for delivering ambitious long-term growth plans, shaping portfolio strategy, and developing integrated campaigns.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the long-term strategy and growth agenda for Frylight, developing and delivering insight-led brand plans, owning brand performance, identifying consumer and market opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver business objectives.

Requirements

• FMCG marketing experience operating at Senior Brand Manager level
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and performance delivery
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility and drive engagement
• A passion for brands, consumers, and the food category
• A growth mindset and desire to continuously improve
