Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join Mission Operations Finance and partner with operational leaders to connect business activity with financial plans and decisions.
What You Will Do
Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews for assigned operational teams, build financial models, and analyze results against plan.

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, operational finance, or a related analytical role
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling ability
- Strong understanding of financial statements, expense drivers, cost allocation, and the relationship between operating activity and financial results
- Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
