Role Overview
The Staff Financial Analyst will own program finance workflows across revenue-generating contracts and production programs, and support the revenue forecast that informs company-wide planning. This role will play a critical role in connecting program execution with financial outcomes.
What You Will Do
The Staff Financial Analyst will own financial workflows for an assigned portfolio of revenue-generating contracts, develop revenue forecast methodology and models, and partner with Accounting through month-end close.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program finance, contract finance, FP&A, or related roles, ideally within defense, aerospace, shipbuilding, or hardware
- Hands-on experience owning EACs/ETCs and gross margin across multiple programs and contract types
- Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 over-time (% complete/cost-to-cost) revenue recognition
- Experience building revenue forecasts that combine pipeline and backlog
- Track record of improving and scaling finance processes, models, or reporting in a growing organization
