Role Overview

As a Finance Operations Specialist, you’ll ensure the smooth daily operativity of the finance team through process execution, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll identify, develop, and implement solutions to enhance financial workflows, automate routine tasks, and increase daily efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in finance operations, accounting, or tech-driven process optimization
• Solid, proven experience with Python and scripting applied to data manipulation, automation, or API integrations
• Good understanding of accounting principles, ERP systems, and financial process workflows to bridge finance and technology
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Italian
