Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

The role is heavily focused on Salesforce development, with opportunities to influence automation, business processes, integrations, and platform strategy. The developer will help shape the future of the Salesforce ecosystem, work directly with business leaders, and tackle a wide variety of initiatives that support a growing national wealth management firm.

What You Will Do

The developer will be responsible for designing, building, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience across the organization. Key responsibilities include developing custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and related technologies, building and enhancing Salesforce Flows and low-code/no-code automation solutions, and partnering directly with business stakeholders to understand challenges and define requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience, training, and related professional certifications
• Hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong Apex development skills
• Experience building custom Salesforce solutions
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and own projects from discovery through deployment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
