Role Overview
As the Lead Associate, Data Analyst, you’ll be integral to our work in helping vulnerable children achieve a brighter future. You will help to develop and advise on Business Operations and Shared Services (BOSS) dashboards and reports, automate processes, and establish data controls.
What You Will Do
Build Dashboards, Reports, and Automate Processes (50%): Maintain and enhance existing dashboards by collaborating with business partners to understand reporting needs, prioritize requests, and implement data-driven improvements. Data Analysis (25%): Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations to support workforce and business decisions.

Required qualifications for the role: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of relevant experience. Foundational experience working with data reporting and visualization through internships, academic projects, or entry-level professional roles.

- Basic understanding of data concepts such as data governance, data quality, metrics, and reporting standards
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Professional proficiency in MS Office suite, including Microsoft Excel
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
