Role Overview

The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, recommending products, and informing customers of promotions and events. The role involves building relationships, inspiring loyalty, and maintaining a professional store environment. Cosmoprof will provide knowledge and training to support customer service.

What You Will Do

The Sales Associate will perform tasks such as setting up advertising displays, arranging merchandise, and completing transactions accurately and efficiently. They will also ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program and demonstrate the Cosmoprof Culture Values.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
