Role Overview

Sally Beauty is the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world. The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor creates a memorable shopping experience for customers, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. This is a part-time role based in Brandon, FL.

What You Will Do

Build relationships and inspire loyalty, recommend additional products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program, complete transactions, maintain a professional store environment, and communicate inventory issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
