Role Overview

As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, you will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and provide recommendations and promotions to customers. Sally Beauty will provide training and knowledge, and you will bring your passion and personality to the role.

What You Will Do

Build relationships, recommend products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, complete transactions, and maintain a professional store environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
