Role Overview

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. They will build relationships, recommend products, and inform customers of promotions. The role involves maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues.

The main day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, recommending products, and setting up advertising displays. The role also involves completing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
