Role Overview

The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, building relationships, and inspiring loyalty. The role involves recommending products, informing customers of promotions, and maintaining a professional store environment.

What You Will Do

The Sales Associate will be responsible for completing transactions accurately, ensuring customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program, and communicating inventory issues. They will also be expected to demonstrate the Cosmoprof Culture Values and maintain a professional store environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
