Part-time Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty, you will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and provide product recommendations and promotions. You will also maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building relationships with customers, recommending products, informing customers of promotions, setting up advertising displays, and completing transactions accurately. You will also receive training on our products and have opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
