Logistics & Sales Operations Specialist – Bilingual in Korean

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Sales Operations Specialist to lead our U.S. supply chain, logistics, and sales administrative operations. This hybrid operational role manages the full lifecycle of product movement—from import/export compliance and 3PL warehouse management to sales order processing, customer account support, and revenue-related administration.

What You Will Do

Manage day-to-day 3PL warehouse operations, coordinate international shipments, negotiate and manage relationships with carriers, analyze logistics performance, and implement process improvements to enhance shipping speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience handling both logistics operations and sales administration/support

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with purchase orders, warehouse coordination, inventory management, and inbound/outbound logistics
• Familiarity with import/export processes, freight forwarding, customs documentation, and international shipping
