Logistics & Sales Operations Specialist – Bilingual in Korean MUST

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Sales Operations Specialist to lead our U.S. supply chain, logistics, and sales administrative operations. This hybrid operational role manages the full lifecycle of product movement—from import/export compliance and 3PL warehouse management to sales order processing, customer account support, and revenue-related administration. Serving as a crucial bridge between internal sales teams, external partners, 3PL providers, and Korea Global HQ, you will ensure operational excellence, accurate inventory flow, and seamless sales execution.

What You Will Do

Oversee day-to-day 3PL warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, and regular stock reconciliations. Coordinate international shipments (Air/Ocean) with freight forwarders and customs brokers; manage required trade documentation. Manage end-to-end sales order entry, invoicing, fulfillment tracking, and proof of delivery across DTC, wholesale, and retail channels. Collaborate closely with U.S. Sales/Marketing teams and Korea Global HQ to align demand forecasting, product availability, and order priority schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience handling both logistics operations and sales administration/support; experience in beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, healthcare, or CPG is strongly preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required for communication with Korea HQ and U.S.-based partners
• Hands-on experience with purchase orders, warehouse coordination, inventory management, and inbound/outbound logistics
• Familiarity with import/export processes, freight forwarding, customs documentation, and international shipping
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple orders, shipments, and priorities simultaneously
