Role Overview
As Controller, Central Cluster Country Group, you will serve as a key Finance Business Partner to the Sales and Commercial organizations, supporting profitable business growth through financial insight, performance analysis, and commercial decision support.
What You Will Do
You will work closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, and Finance colleagues to evaluate and optimize customer investments, improve promotional effectiveness, and drive sustainable sales and profit growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and supporting organizational change
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
