Digital Marketing Specialist (Multi-Industry)

Role Overview

The role involves owning and adjusting digital marketing campaigns after they launch, using data to inform decisions and drive results. What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include planning and launching paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, adjusting budgets and targeting based on results, working with writers and designers to create ad copy and creative assets, building and sending email and SMS campaigns, and using AI tools to draft ad variations and speed up execution.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience running digital marketing campaigns end to end
• Hands-on experience running paid ads in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere for basic creative edits and asset prep
• Real experience running email or SMS campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp
• Written English that’s genuinely fluent
• Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools, SEO or Google Analytics/SEMrush, basic HTML/CSS for email templates, or extra video editing skills is a plus
