Role Overview
Responsible for driving business growth and customer engagement for Rakmao Platform within the assigned area. The role serves as a Platform Consultant to deliver business value to contractors and retailers through customer acquisition, onboarding, platform adoption, and transaction growth.
What You Will Do
Serve as a Platform Consultant, manage existing Key Accounts, acquire new customers, support and advise Sellers on platform operations, and collaborate with central teams to develop and validate New Revenue Models.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Relevant experience in Management Consulting or a related field
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of building materials, particularly construction chemical products
- Understanding of customer behaviors and the Customer Journey of contractors and building material retailers
- Ability to collect, analyze, manage, and effectively communicate data
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI, and AI tools
- Working proficiency in English
- Valid driver’s license
