Requirements
- Administration, monitoring and maintenance of Windows Server and storage systems
- Network administration, including configuration, installation, and operation of active network components
- Troubleshooting and problem cause analysis based on incident and problem management processes
- User support in the 2nd and 3rd levels, as well as IT consulting for internal customers
- Support of managed print servers and print infrastructure
- Processing of local IT demands and creation of IT changes
