Role Overview

Schneider is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst in Green Bay to develop, deploy, and test paid advertising efforts across multiple digital platforms.

What You Will Do

Participate in discovery sessions, align paid marketing efforts with media channel activities, determine the approach to and effectiveness of paid media campaigns, and provide measurable results and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing
  • 2+ years of paid advertising experience
  • Working knowledge of reporting tools such as PowerBI, Google DataStudio, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Heatmapping tools
  • Proficient in Ad Managers and DSP technology
  • Familiarity with tracking pixels, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking setups
  • Good organizational skills and a focus on accuracy
  • Effective communication and a willingness to work with others
  • Basic understanding of data analysis to support decisions
