Cluster Marketing Manager CEE

Role Overview

The Cluster Marketing Manager Central and Eastern Europe is responsible for defining, driving and executing the marketing strategy across the cluster, including setting the growth direction and priorities (content, assets, activations, etc.) to support country sales strategies and achieve commercial ambitions.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement the annual cluster marketing plan aligned with European strategy and cluster business priorities; ensure marketing priorities fully support commercial objectives and growth targets in the cluster.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing, campaign activation, sales enablement or business development, ideally in an international / matrix environment.
• Languages: English minimum B2; additional languages are an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to translate business priorities into marketing activation.
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and measuring campaign performance.
• Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Metrics-driven marketing mindset with creativity and customer focus.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation and lead management processes.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Comfortable working across countries, cultures and matrix stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Product / Segment Marketing and external partners.
