Sales Operations and Process Specialist (French Speaking)

Role Overview

Proficiency in MS Office applications and previous experience with or knowledge of D365 (ERP) is a plus. Fluency in English and French is required.

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include handling client requests, analyzing current business processes, and developing recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also perform data quality checks, collaborate with commercial units and other departments, and coordinate with other departments to implement changes.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Previous experience with or knowledge of D365 (ERP) is a plus
