Requirements
- Completed study in the field of engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering) or economic engineering with a technical focus
- Several years of experience in business development, sales or product management in the field of electrical engineering, process engineering or MSR
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: * Measurement technology / sensorics * Control technology / automation * Heat treatment / thermal processes * Engineering services
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on mentality
- Analytical skills and market understanding
- Easy-to-work-with – uncomplicated, open and trustworthy personality. Emphatic in dealing with colleagues, customers and suppliers
