Business Management Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

Providing advanced day-to-day business and financial management support within the Test Resource Management Center (TRMC)/Chief Financial Office (CFO) through the execution of Department of War (DoW) Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes.

What You Will Do

Formulating and delivering timely, comprehensive financial status updates and execution reviews directly to the TRMC CFO, preparing, processing, and tracking official financial execution documents, and resolving financial transaction discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of progressive DoW financial management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and current Secret Clearance, with expertise in DoW Financial Management Regulations (FMR), fiscal law, and budget execution policies.

Requirements

• 10 years of progressive DoW financial management experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Current Secret Clearance
• Demonstrated expertise in DoW Financial Management Regulations (FMR), fiscal law, and budget execution policies
• Proficiency in DoW Financial Management Systems (DAI, G-Invoicing, and all other systems required by FMD)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and transaction reconciliation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
