Role Overview

Establish and maintain enterprise-wide data definitions, governance standards, and analytics enablement across the organization.

What You Will Do

Define and maintain enterprise data governance standards, policies, and procedures; establish and manage the enterprise data dictionary and business glossary; partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to define and standardize KPIs and reporting metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics, data management, computer science, or related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in data governance, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise data management roles.
  • Experience defining and standardizing KPIs, business metrics, and enterprise reporting structures.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, Dynamics) or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and metadata management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into structured data definitions and reporting logic.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional alignment on data standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills for maintaining data dictionaries and governance artifacts.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
