Sales Operations Officer

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Officer will provide support in handling all Trade-related sales matters and enhance our Trade Partners’ experience. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external Trade Partners to ensure smooth sales activities across all point-of-sales.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include working with the Sales Operations team, optimising in-house tools, supporting team managers in streamlining standard handling processes, and providing effective Trade communication.

The ideal candidate will have a General Diploma, relevant Sales/Commercial experience in Aviation, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to cope with a fast-paced working environment and remain calm in times of crisis.
